Grace Flow reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Important: These terms contain an arbitration agreement and a waiver of class action rights. By agreeing to these terms, you agree to resolve disputes through individual arbitration.

Grace Flow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these terms.
All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and code, are owned by Grace Flow or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written permission from Grace Flow.
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or upload to the Platform (User Content). By submitting User Content, you grant Grace Flow a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.
You represent that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or any applicable laws.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Grace Flow. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites.

The Platform is provided on an as is and as available basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Grace Flow disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grace Flow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Grace Flow and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
Sections 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, and 13 of these terms shall survive any termination.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration, and you waive the right to participate in a class action or multi-party arbitration.
